Consulting Food technologist focused on improving safety and quality of Philippine-made food products through food safety and quality training intervention programs;

Retired after 42 years of continuous service as faculty of the Department of Food Science and Nutrition, UPD College of Home Economics

Have traveled extensively in the past; now willing to conduct food safety training intervention programs in NCR, Regions 3 and 4 upon request channeled through EVFI.

Major accomplishments: authored and/or co-authored 20 peer-reviewed Food Science and Technology publications used nation-wide such as Basic Foods for Filipinos (5th edition), Practical Food Preservation and Processing (2nd Edition) and Global Handbook of Food Safety (which won for her an international Publication Award from the University of the Philippines)
